Cuddly Bear Day Care Centre opened in 2002, and it has been family owned and run ever since. The idea was straightforward, to give Woodlands children a safe, warm place that feels like a second home, and to give parents the confidence that comes from leaving their child somewhere they trust. More than two decades on, that has not changed.
It is a stability you can feel. Many of our educators have been with us for well over a decade, and some for more than fifteen years, so children see the same familiar faces year after year. We work to the National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework, and we keep refining how we teach. What families value most, though, is simpler. Here, their child is genuinely known.
